3. Booking and Payments

Services must be booked via our website, phone, or email.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

No-shows are charged in full.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Pre-existing damages

Unforeseen accidents

Items not disclosed as fragile or of high value

Damages caused by products or tools provided by the client
